By using Integra Ledger, you agree to these terms. If you're using our service on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on their behalf too.
What We Provide
Integra Ledger provides document verification services including:
- • Cryptographic fingerprinting of documents
- • Blockchain timestamping and immutable record-keeping
- • Verification tools for authenticity checking
- • API access for enterprise integrations
Your Responsibilities
- Legal Use: Only use our service for lawful purposes. Don't use it to verify forged or fraudulent documents.
- Account Security: Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Accurate Information: Provide accurate information when signing up and using the service.
- Respect Limits: Stay within your plan's verification limits. Contact us if you need more.
Pricing & Payment
- Free Tier: 100 free verifications. No credit card required.
- Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
- Refunds: Contact us within 14 days for a full refund if you're not satisfied.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.99% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll notify you of scheduled maintenance in advance. Blockchain records are permanent and remain verifiable even if our service experiences downtime.
Intellectual Property
You own your documents. We own our service, software, and branding. The verification fingerprints we create on your behalf are yours to use.
Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Your blockchain records remain verifiable forever, even after account closure.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
