The Team Behind RWC

Building the foundation for tokenized assets.

Why Integra Exists

The tokenization of real-world assets represents one of the most significant opportunities in the evolution of global financial infrastructure. Major institutions project trillions of dollars in tokenized assets over the coming decade. But there's a fundamental problem: the trust gap between tokens and the legal documents that give them meaning.

Every real-world asset—a house, a share of stock, a warehouse receipt, a loan agreement—is ultimately represented by a legal document. A deed proves you own land. A share certificate proves you own equity. Without these documents, there is no legal ownership—only a claim.

Integra exists to bridge this gap.

We created Real World Contracts (RWC)—legal documents with cryptographic blockchain identity. This innovation enables anyone to verify that a token is bound to a specific, unaltered legal document, without requiring access to the document itself. Documents remain private while their cryptographic fingerprints provide public proof.

Our mission is to build the trust infrastructure that makes tokenized assets legally enforceable. We're not just building technology—we're establishing the foundation for a new category of verified digital assets. When you can cryptographically prove that a token represents a real legal document, the entire RWA ecosystem becomes legitimate.

We believe this infrastructure is essential for the maturation of the tokenized asset economy. Real World Assets need Real World Contracts.

From Problem to Platform

Integra began with a simple observation: the blockchain industry had built sophisticated infrastructure for creating and transferring tokens, but had largely ignored the fundamental question of how tokens connect to the real assets they claim to represent.

Our founders came from backgrounds spanning blockchain development, enterprise software, and legal technology. They recognized that every attempt at tokenizing real-world assets eventually hit the same wall: no reliable way to verify that the token actually represented the claimed asset. The solutions were always trust-based—trust the issuer, trust the custodian, trust the platform.

We asked: what if verification didn't require trust?

The answer was Real World Contracts—a new primitive that gives legal documents cryptographic identity on the blockchain. The document stays private, stored by its owner. Only its hash appears on-chain. Anyone with the document can verify it matches the registered hash. No trust required—just math.

From this core innovation, we built the complete infrastructure: the Document Registry for immutable registration, eleven purpose-built tokenizers for different asset types, resolvers for extended functionality, and the Marketplace where developers extend the platform.

Today, Integra serves enterprises across real estate, private credit, insurance, and professional credentials. We're deployed on 20+ blockchain networks. Our technology processes thousands of document registrations and verifications daily.

But we're still early. The trillion-dollar RWA market is just beginning. We're building for the long term—establishing standards, growing the ecosystem, and proving that blockchain can deliver on its promise of verifiable digital assets.

Leadership

Our team combines deep expertise in blockchain technology, enterprise software, and legal systems. We've built successful companies, led engineering teams at major technology firms, and practiced law at the intersection of technology and finance.

Founding Team

Our founders bring decades of combined experience in building technology companies, developing blockchain infrastructure, and understanding the legal frameworks that govern real-world assets. They recognized early that the RWA market's growth was constrained by a fundamental infrastructure gap—and built Integra to fill it.

Engineering

Our engineering team includes smart contract architects who've deployed to major DeFi protocols, infrastructure engineers from top technology companies, and security experts with backgrounds in cryptography and enterprise systems. We build for enterprise scale, security, and reliability.

Product & Design

Our product team focuses obsessively on developer experience and enterprise usability. Making complex blockchain technology accessible to Web2 developers and non-technical business users is core to our mission.

Business Development

Our business team brings experience from enterprise software, financial services, and blockchain ecosystems. They understand how enterprises evaluate and adopt new technology, and build the partnerships that drive ecosystem growth.
